Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all accomodation reservations for homes that appear on Quepos Home Rental.com, PuertoQuepos.com, and applies to all reservations, whether made with immediate, real-time online booking, or manually processed reservations.

A booking is considered made when a deposit has been received. This shall be considered a booking.

If WE must cancel a reservation, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund of the full amount paid. We cannot be responsible for other incidental costs you or your party may have incurred.

If YOU cancel a reservation, or fail to complete a reservation by paying any balance due in accordance with our payment policies, refunds are made on a pro-rated basis according to the following:

If you cancel with:

More than 4 weeks notice, you will lose your deposit;

2 to 4 weeks notice: You will be charged your doeposit plus 25% of any additional amount paid;

1 to 2 weeks notice: You will be charged your deposit, plus 50% of any additional amount paid;

1 week or less: No refund is possible.
